Registration Procedures Auction Registration Forms may be obtained by contacting D. F. Barnhardt & Associates (DFB&A) or by downloading the below listed form from DFB&A website, www.trainsale.com. It is requested that registration be completed as soon as possible and forwarded to DF Barnhardt & Associates by fax, mail, or courier. In any case, completed Registration Forms are due to DFB&A no later than 4:00 PM, CDT, May 12, 2004 if faxed, mailed, courier, or e-mailed; or no later than 10:00AM May 13, 2004 if delivered in person to Auction Headquarters.
