The "Otto Kuhler" Business (or Private) Car was built by Pullman Railcar Company in 1927. The car was primarially used as a business car for the Denver & Rio Grande Western railroad executives. In 1952, it was used by Harry Truman for the Stevenson Presidental Campaign.
The car has also been used in such films as "Cat Ballou", "Centennial", "The MIssouri Breaks" and the "Cheyenne Social Club".
The Delaware Otsego Corp. purchased the car in August 1987. The car has high speed trucks, tight lock couplers, 2 independent electrical systems and 2 brake systems. The interior contains beautiful mahogany wood, an elegant dining room with leaded glass, a luxurious mahogany encased living room, modernized kitchens, 3 bedrooms, and 4 baths. This car comfortably accommodates 8 people.

Barnhardt & Associates escrow account. The remaining funds must be paid to D. F. Barnhardt & Associates within 14 days of acceptance by the Board of Directors of selling company unless other suitable arrangements are made between Seller and Purchaser. Should buyer default on final payment, deposit will be forfeited.
#8.) Wire Transfer Instructions: Monies may be wired into the D. F. Barnhardt & Associates Escrow Account through Fifth Third Bank, (Wire Transfer Instructions will be sent by separate cover.)
#9.) Removal of Equipment: The purchaser is responsible for removal of the equipment from its present location. Free storage for 30 days beyond the purchase date is provided. Arrangements must be made between purchaser and seller for any time beyond the 30 days. Any risks and/or costs associated with storage after purchase date, and movement from current storage site will be the responsibility of the purchaser. |
